Mas Delmas
Mercedes and Pierre-André DELMAS have established Mas DELMAS in Salses le Château then in Rivesaltes. The Domaine currently has 9 hectares of vines in organic farming. This 9 hectares and the vinification has been certified “Biodynamic” since 2017 harvest.
It is on the last slope of the Corbières Maritimes in the Pyrénées-Orientales (66) that the vines of Mas DELMAS bask in the sun, due to little rain and an almost permanent Tramontana (Local wind), are the guarantors of healthy, natural agriculture that respects the environment and human beings.
The clay-limestone terroir gives the wines a minerality as well as a most seductive spicy side with the schist subsoil.
