At 100 to 200m above sea level, the shallow clay-limestone hillsides where these beautiful grapes are harvested face south and take full advantage of the generous sun.
The highest plots are stony while the lower plots of land are alluvial.

A strict selection of the grapes takes place during the manual harvest. The grapes are stored in 10-kg crates in a cold room for 12 hours. After pressing, the juice is put into tanks for cooling.
It remains there for 2 to 3 days to separate the coarse material from the beautiful juice. Then the temperature is raised to 17°C, which allows the yeasts to start fermentation. Once fermentation has started, the juice is put into barrels, where it stays for 3 months.

Perle de Rosé’s beautiful colour will bewitch you.
The nose is full of very voluptuous wild red berries and cocoa aromas. The oak is not marked but brings the wine smoothness and balance.
Serve Perle de Rosé cool (14/15 ° C).
